Easter 2012

This past Easter, we traveled to Florida to spend time with each of our families. My parents have moved back to Navarre.  They rented a condo on the beach for us to stay in, and we all had a great time. Shelby, Gary and April came too, and the cousins had a ball together.

Smith Lake: 1st trip of 2012

God has blessed Adam and me with two precious, fun-loving, energetic BOYS! They are all boy. They love dirt, being outside, and just being rough with each other. As you will see in these pictures, these siblings love each other (most of the time). The other times are just not always caught on camera. We are so thankful for these blessings.

Some of our favorite memories have been visiting Smith Lake and Florida with our families. This was our first trip of 2012 to Smith Lake. It was just our immediate family, and as you can tell from the pictures, we had a wonderful time.

March Madness!

When Adam and Chris were away at a men's retreat. Dana and I got the kiddos together for breakfast.

In the spring each year, Charlie's school puts on a music program. Each child gets to skip down the sanctuary aisle. It was a precious moment! Next year, I will get there earlier to get a closer seat. Here is Charlie getting ready to skip. He was nervous that he didn't know how to skip, so I told him to gallop. He said, "I can do that Mommy!"

So serious to get it right.

After the show...snacking and having fun with his buddies

Jackson is my outside child. Here we are painting the driveway with water (thanks, Priss, for that idea!). He loves bubbles...blowing them and then dumping them out. He is our messy, sneaky child.

February Fun...Finally!

Wells and Charlie are best buddies. We have been so blessed to live right down the street from the Sheheanes. Charlie definitely thinks of them as his family. During the school year, Dana and I have kept the kids in the afternoons...trading off each week. One week, Wells and Charlie begged to make cupcakes...'just because.' They loved it.

Playing with our trains outside

Jackson is obsessed with balls or "BAWWWWWWLs" as he says.

Charlie loves to get his haircut...probably because of the dum dum that he gets at the end.

Jackson's hair was getting pretty shaggy, so our "Jaime" trimmed Jackson's too. He did great at his first haircut.

He loved the DumDum too. :)

Adam and I got to take Charlie on a date to a Bama/MSU basketball game.

Charlie loved the food...of course. We were even chosen as the section to get a free cupcake. Now he thinks that cupcakes should be a part of every sporting event.

I loved showing him my Bulldogs. Adam loved showing him the Tide. The Tide did win by a little bit.
